Good on the CBC for #1. No data for Pulse FM or Roundhouse? I know I recorded Pulse in my survey!

Demo's are neatly divided up and everybody's happy. The product isn't as good as it was twenty years ago but what is? The music stations mostly exist on a hard drive that is the equivalent of an ATM for the owners.
There are so many alternatives to radio you have to give them credit for continuing to be able to make bank out of stone age technology.

I carefully noted the satellite channels in my diary, as well as periods where I listened to Pandora streaming radio. I was actually phoned by Numeris after the diaries were submitted to ask just what Pandora was. I was also asked to explain what I meant by Pulse FM.
Subsequently Numeris sent me a long-form survey booklet that covers, in somewhat excruciating detail, all sorts of household habits and activities. Much too much work (at least an hour) for the $5 bill enclosed with it. Now three more of these have landed in our mail box. We won't be completing these. Numeris can come and pick these up if they want them back.

It's just Numeris' way of mining a ton of info from you on your shopping habits etc. They expect you to spend time filling it all out for the measly $5 they send you. Any idea how much money they make selling your responses to different retailers and manufacturers?
