CISL becomes AM 650
Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.

I tune in and immediately hear "Go Go Girl" by Gordo, my gosh how things
have changed So dramatically. Certainly no way Doc could
play that. This format sounds suspiciously like 104.9, but whatever,
serve it up. I'm sure a whole batch of consultants gathered around
like they were in some space program think tank to dream it up.
At least they have the Giants, who never seem to lose.

It's just sad. You can tell nobody gives a sh*t. Even Gerry is having trouble mustering any enthusiasm.

Did Casey survive the format change, I thought she had been
doing a nice job, although that's not always relevant to these things.

Doc would have been an excellent host for this format.

As usual it's the listeners who get screwed but they're too unaware of the inner workings of the broadcasting industry to notice.

Astral seems intent on killing off what's left of music broadcasting on the AM dial.
