There is life on AM600

It is nice to get away from the local area and do a bit of DXing. I was able to pick up CJWW AM 600, Saskatoon, Sask. in the overnight hours. I was using a small Grundig AM/FM/SW clock radio without any external arial. There were Alberta stations that were also received, but the 600 AM frequency was the one that caught my attention.

Yeah, 600 CJWW comes in pretty clear most nights especially since CKBD is gone. 610 is a hodgepodge of CHNL and CKYL when I'm really trying to listen to CKYL. 620 CKRM also comes in pretty good in the late night.

Another one to try for on 600 is KGEZ in Kalispell, Montana with Oldies & Standards from the 50's & 60's. Not as dominant as CJWW, but I've heard them a few times since moving back to Aldergrove.
