For Hallowe'en 1969, on KOL Seattle, the late Lan Roberts created the International Garbage Record Festival as an advertising campaign for the International Garbage Film Festival being shown at six different Seattle area theatres.

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) is re-creating that 3 hour film festival by airing those same two 1966 movies, in the same order, commercial-free, beginning at 11 p.m. Pacific tonight.

You won't want to miss this. It may, indeed, be the only time in history that the Western and Horror genres were mixed. TCM themselves admit that this is the first time that they have aired either movie.
