My aunt tells me that a Port Angeles newspaper is reporting today that KPTZ-FM in Port Townsend is currently working on a tower construction. And expects to be transmitting a test signal on 91.9 MHz within the next few months.
A quick Google says that the station was licensed on September 28th. The following statement was written before approval was received: "Radio Port Townsend is a non-profit organization with a mission to secure for our community a non-commercial, educational FM radio license. We are applying for an FCC license to operate at 91.5 on the FM dial. Our plan is to fund, build and operate a local access radio station that is vibrant, independent, and local."

Power appears to be 500 watts.
