More brilliance from the Province

No spell check, no editors, no proofreaders, just ignorant "reporters" who can't spell....

Too late, they corrected it. The earlier spelling of refugee was hilarious.

To capture me or anyone else in the act of misstatement, misspelling etc.

Use a capture tool that snaps a picture and saves it to file.

That might be hard for some to load that picture in this format, unfortunately.

"fatally electrocuted."
Is that the same as fatally killed or killed dead?

The Papers in Vancouver are losing a million bucks a DAY. Hence - the pros have been bought out, and we have illiterate juniors on the desk.

It shows.

When is the last time you read a hard copy of a newspaper?

At my Hotel in Victoria, they left a Globe for me in the morning. I took it down to the front desk, as I was checking out.

The cashier laughed and said - "NO ONE reads these papers. We have our recycling bin filled everyday. What a waste of paper".

Times have changed. NO ONE will even pay 99 cents on a paywall for some newspapers.

Yipes.
