At first glance, it is odd that CBC Radio Two does not "show up" when the BBM surveys Victoria. They certainly register in the Vancouver ratings.
I could understand if CBU-FM 105.7 MHz was the only available signal, as they are "out of market". But there is a local repeater on 92.1 MHz.
Given CBC's stated intent of advertising on CBC Radio Two, if they get CRTC approval, you would think they would pay extra, if necessary, to the BBM so that they could establish a track record of ratings to show to potential Victoria advertisers.
