It's Time To FALL BACK...

It's Time To FALL BACK...

Postby Tape Splicer » Sat Nov 05, 2011 12:07 pm

The time has come to reclaim that hour that was lost when we set our clocks ahead for Daylight saving time last March.
Tonight before going to bed turn your clocks, and watches BACK one hour as we move to Pacific Standard Time. If you don't you will be super early for that golf game or brunch date.... And if you go to church and forget to set your clock BACK , you'll be there in time for the sound check and choir/praise team practice.
Of course your smart phone, PC, and Mac will take care of them selves. Don't forget the clock on the coffee brewer, stove or microwave oven...What about the clock in your car (where is that owners manual any way). Enjoy the extra hour of sleep.

Those readers in Saskatchewan and Creston, BC can ignore the previous message. :)

They stay on Standard time year-round.
Faster cars, younger women, older cheese, more money . . .

Then there are those members of RW and visitors in Arizona and Hawaii this time of year. ...even though Edmonton is pretty much guaranteed to break its record for latest Autumn snowfall, i.e. - it hasn't snowed yet at the downtown airport, and isn't forecast to through to the end of the current forecast period.

I'll have details of what to do (about Daylight time) with your User profile here on RadioWest.ca for tomorrow morning.
