That is a brilliant piece of work... why is marriage forced on the people... they would qualify as consenting adults.

Who's counting?

I don't think marriage is forced on anyone...in fact, people tend to play house...screw the pants off each other...have a kid or two and move on.
What kind of life is that?

My wife and I celebrated our 44th anniversary today. She's gone through hell with me...and I have had to deal with a lot of health issues with her. I question anyone who would tell me something similar these days.

Cheers

The website describes what is required under the rules for the visit... it references marriage as a requirement.... there are many long term couples that are not married, and get along fine with their lives... see the site for the ritual if an agreement is reached... I agree there should be agreement, but not as a ritual to qualify.

I think the website concept is great... it can put people that want to communicate together... some might be willing to share their lives with someone who happens to be in jail from X to Y.

Look at the social side of the system, and ask why did they get there in the first place... there is a psychological and a physical range of reasons that should be met with better social policy, and not ritual.

Happy 44th too !

This was sent to me...you might appreciate the humour below, and not recommended if the irritating guy is a sky marshal.

HOW TO HANDLE IRRITATING PASSENGERS SEATED NEXT TO YOU ON AN PLANE

If you are sitting next to someone who irritates you, follow these instructions:

1. Quietly and calmly open up your laptop case.
2. Remove your laptop.
3. Start up
4. Make sure the guy who is annoying you, can see the screen.
5. Close your eyes, tilt your head up to the sky & move your lips as if praying.

Then hit this link.
