OFF THE AIR
AB Saint Paul 1310 CHLW Went dark immediately after FM flip to CHSP 97.7 without utilizing authorized 90 day simulcast period
QC Sherbrooke 104.5 CJTS When Cogeco purchased the Corus properties in Quebec in 2010 CJTS was one of several stations they inherited that breached the CRTC's common ownership policy. Cogeco had one year to divest this station, but claims no one was interested in purchasing it. The CRTC officially rescinded the license on December 23, 2011

AB Red Deer 90.5 CKRD Increase power from 9,000 to 18,400 watts (18,000 to 38,000 watts Max. ERP)

EXTENSIONS GRANTED
ON Beeton-Tottenham 105.1 CJBT-cp Frank Rogers has until August 1, 2012 to get this station on the air. This will be the final extension to be granted by the CRTC

DENIALS
QC Mont Joli (Rimouski) 93.3 CFYX Denied application to remove the condition of license that prohibits them from soliciting local advertising in the Baie Comeau area

ON Hearst 92.9 CHYK-3 Increase power from 140 to 172 watts (221 watts Max. ERP), lower antenna height and relocate transmitter
ON Wallaceburg 99.1 CKXS Increase power from 655 to 1,100 watts (1,150 watts to 3,000 watts Max. ERP) and raise antenna height
ON Windsor 102.3 CJNR-cp 1,900 watts (5,000 watts Max. ERP) (Multilingual) (Neeti P. Ray) (previously approved but applied frequency of 95.9 was not available)
