ON Kingston 1380 CKLC Was shut down in December without ever simulcasting the new CKLC 98.9 (The Drive) despite authorization to do so for 3 months
ON Toronto 1280 CFBN Plug pulled on Canada's first All Business station apparently due to financial issues

BC Whistler 103.1 240 watts (500 watts E.R.P.) (French) (CBC La Premiere Chaine)
ON Apsley 92.9 50 watts (Christian) (Apsley Community Chapel)

TECHNICAL CHANGES GRANTED
AB Calgary 99.1 CBR-1 Increase power from 1,100 watts to 2,800 watts (10,000 watts E.R.P.) and lower antenna height
ON Sarnia 103.9 new-cp 200 watts (Country) (will simulcast CHOK 1070 Sarnia) (previously approved but applied frequency of 100.9 was not suitable)

DENIALS
ON Cochrane 102.3 37 watts (Christian) (would have simulcasted CHIM 102.3 Timmins) (rejected due to CHIM's non compliance with certain CRTC regulations)
ON Parry Sound 94.7 10,000 watts (E.R.P.) (Rogers) (market not large enough to support second commercial station)

PROPOSED TECHNICAL CHANGES
BC Campbell River 99.7 CFWB 6,000 watts E.R.P. (The Ride) (FM conversion from 1490 previously approved but applied frequency of 106.1 was not suitable)
ON Peterborough 99.3 CKPT Move to 99.7 and reduce power from 5,700 watts to 3,700 watts (11,000 watts E.R.P.) (Energy 99.3) (a result of interference issues from CBCP 98.7 Peterborough)
SK Saskatoon 92.3 CFWD-cp Move to 96.3 and reduce power from 100,000 watts (E.R.P.) to 96,000 watts (E.R.P.)
