QC Quebec City 90.3 CKJF Move to 106.9 and increase power from 16 watts to 51 watts (250 watts Max. ERP)

NOTES
The CRTC was supposed to have released their decisions for Halifax this past week. Acadia Broadcasting and HFX Broadcasting both proposed Triple A stations on 105.1 while Frank Torres proposed a Blues station on 99.1. Those decisions appear to have been delayed for some unknown reason.
