ON Cobourg 100.9 CKJJ-1 Move to 90.7 and increase power from 42 watts to 250 watts (denied because the CRTC wants to reserve this frequency for a future local broadcaster rather than a simulcast) (must find an alternative frequency due to CIYM 100.9 in nearby Brighton signing on the air)
ON Guelph 1460 CJOY Move to 95.7 with 9,500 watts (30,000 watts Max. ERP) (denied due to common ownership policy as Corus already owns CIMJ 106.1 Guelph and CJDV 107.5 Cambridge in the market)

QC Alma 97.7 CFGT-cp Move to 104.5 (FM flip from 1270 previously approved, however constraints related to the use of 97.7 make 104.5 a more suitable frequency)
QC Port Cartier 99.1 CIPC Increase power from 18,766 watts (45,016 watts Max. ERP) to 41,687 watts (100,000 watts Max. ERP)

Well looks like Iqaluit NU will soon have 2 FM Music stations.
As for Guelph Ontario.Its a bad idea to put a new fm oldies station b/c thiers now about 2 stations that plays oldies.95.3fm in hamolton and 99.5 in waterloo.Guelph is close enough for both fms to come in..

My guess is that Corus will simply shutdown CJOY 1460 as they did with the 2 AM's in Montreal last week.
