Despite earlier reports that CBI 1140 in Sydney,NS had flipped to 97.1 this has apparently not occurred. The CBC had conducted some testing on 97.1, however plans for an outright flip to that frequency have been put on hold while the CBC studies the possibility of establishing a nested repeater for the Sydney area instead.
