Is It Time For All-'80s Again?

It's been a long time since broadcasters thought about "all-'80s" as a viable format. On FM, the '80s are represented by a mere handful of dedicated stations. Yet, the '80s channel is usually among the most popular offered by any other audio purveyor, and certainly the biggest one that isn't readily found on FM. Have other types of radio found their hit format that can't work on FM? Or at a time when this mass-appeal music is again top of mind, "Is It Time For All-'80s Again, Again?"

Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.
