Touch's parent company filed for bankruptcy last June. No word on them emerging from that state.
I doubt anything will happen with CJLI until they do. After all, who would loan them any money?

Touch Canada Broadcasting (a division of Allarco Entertainment) has until April 24, 2013 to get Christian station CJLI 700 in Calgary on the air. This is the final extension to be granted by the CRTC.
