I worked with Tom, peripherally, at a couple of those Vancouver stations years ago.

Always found him to be a nice guy. A little 'intense' sometimes, but always cordial. Good to hear this!

I also worked with Tom... A complete professional... in every way... and the day I was most impressed with Tom was the day after Rick Honey died. Tom had to sit in for Rick and let the world know of his passing... then spent the next two or three hours, taking phone calls from listeners and sharing their sadness. I've never seen anyone handle a tougher situation with more class and professionalism. He's number one in my book. Thanks Mike, for donating your time and talent to make this ongoing series. I've enjoyed every one of them, and look forward to many more.
