Bren also worked at CKLG in 1968 - 1969 doing news and on-air shifts. Prior to that, he was at WBAD 1570 in suburban Atlanta (likely after CJME).

He was married to Susan Booker (CFUN/66CFR, CHQR) in the late 1970s/early 1980s.

The last time I heard Bren on the air was in the the late 80's/early 90s's doing morning on CKXR in Salmon Arm.

Great guy. Condolences to his family and friends.

Just yesterday, on this site, I unexpectedly discovered the news of Bren Traff's passing. I was married to Bren many years ago, and although we lost touch, I am absolutely devastated to discover such tragic news. Bren was such a gentle and lovely soul. And a great talent. If anyone has any information about Bren's death, could they kindly let me know? Thank you so much.
God rest his soul.
